Preview #7 UNC vs Virginia

This Saturday, UNC and Virginia will meet in the South's Oldest Rivalry, as they will meet for the 128th time. UNC leads the series 65-59-4. Typically this is a very close game, but over the last few seasons, UNC has shown its dominance. One thing I have learned about rivalry games is you throw records and everything out the window.

Broadcast Information For UNC vs Virginia:

T.V.: The CW Network 6:30 pm Kickoff

On the Call: Tom Werme and James Bates

Radio: The Tarheel Radio Network 98.5 WPTF. Virginia Sports Network WPLY 101.1

What's at stake?

Clearly, UNC is looking to stay undefeated and keep their push towards an ACC title and possibly a College Football Playoff spot. UVA is looking to play spoiler for the rest of the season. This could be a game that UNC is looking past, UVA is going to play like they have nothing to lose.

Key Players: UNC

QB - Drake Maye keeps pushing for the Heisman trophy.

Defensive Line - Keep pressure on UVA QB

RB - Omarion Hampton

Key Players Uva:

QB - Tony Muskett must protect the ball

RB - Petrie Jones must have a great game

Prediction:

Rivalry games are always fun to watch. This UNC vs Virginia game I believe will be close for a quarter maybe the first half, and then UNC talent will outperform Uva. I'm sorry Wahoo Nation this game will most certainly get ugly. In my opinion, UNC wins big
